Performance Request Form

This form is designed to ensure that each performance meets your goals and expectations and aligns with the mission of the Vocal Pride Foundaiton.

We ask that this form be returned a minimum of 90 days prior to the requested performance date in order to schedule resources and determine availability of singing members.

The form is divided into sections, covering aspects of the event, venue and program. We ask that you fill in the information as completely as possible.

The Music Program

We perform a wide variety of music. In order to customize a program for your event, we'd like to know something about the type of music you would like. Special music or songs can be accommodated, providing it is a piece already in our repertoire or can be prepared with a minimum of rehearsal time.

Financial Considerations

Our performance rate schedule is as follows:

Paid Performance

Full Chorale/Program 30 minutes or less: $500.00 plus expenses per Chorale

Small Ensemble/Program 30 minutes or less: $250.00 plus expenses per Chorale

Revenue Sharing

If the purpose of this event is for fund raising, we would negotiate a mutually agreeable sharing of the proceeds from the event.

Donated Performance

The Vocal Pride Foundation is committed to assisting non-profit organizations whose work is consistent with our mission and as such will consider donated performances.
